In the event goods need to be returned it is important to follow a specific set of procedures to ensure that your credit is properly processed. ALL returned product will require a return authorization number (RA #) and must ship to Brand U Promotions’ corporate location regardless of shipping origin. Your salesperson will obtain your RA # for you and give additional shipping instructions to facilitate the process. No goods will be refunded or replaced without prior consent of Brand U Promotions and proper RA #. |
